My bike is still new, only 2k on the odo yet. I don't think it's the leathers. Maybe it's just me. I had around 5 close calls in the last two weeks because of these brakes. I don't even ride harshly or overspeed. It's just that the bike feels heavier than the brakes can handle.

It's main problem is rear thin tyre which cant handle properly when we press brake because bike is heaviour. 90/90 18 servis tyre is solution. Which gives help to stop bike properly without skid.

Havoline.after that i travelled nearly 120 km
So far it seems me that when bike warm
Idle rpms are bit high and bike b ghutti ghutti chalti ha

Shafiq brother in Pakistan you are lucky if you find good mechanic for your motorcycle
many many mechanics are idiots and they consider theirselves more experts than company
and don't follow proper guidelines and settings of company.

Hopefully you understand the method and even if mixture is set fine and tappets are not
set correctly bike will still run heavy feel ghutti ghutti tappets air mixture are two important
settings to get best performance out of engine

Do some talking with mechanic like telling him ustaad company recommends using feeler gauge
of .05mm to set tappets. Do you have feeler gauge he will proudly say our hand is feeler gauge :D
than say him ustaad i have heard tight tappets are harmful for engine so kindly set my bikes tappets
as that they are not tight bhale they produce light tik tik sound

Thanks a lot for ur kind guidance.i got ur point thats true mostly mechanics talk in the style u mentioned.they think they got PhD in auto mobiles in fect their phd degree stands for phira hooaa damaagh.

When i had pridor there were very less options and still i think
not many options for CD100. As an brand definitely servis has
more reputation and they make good quality tire but i would suggest
you to try Panther Trekker in 3.00-18 size it will fit easily hope CD100
has same size rim also 1.6

Panther Trekker was installed in friends YBR-G as an stock tire and it
looked good quality tire performed very well

or other best option is search if servis winner is available in 2.75-18 or 3.00-18 size

I would personally suggest you Panther Victor, because it is available in various sizes even Pridor's Stock size 2.75 18R

Do some search hopefully you will get good tire don't try same stock tire
try some thing different and tire manufactures are doing this also they
don't give best quality tire in stock rather launch some attractive tread
design other good quality tire

fellow libeastar has give good suggestion also Panther Victor looks copy
of Servis Winner so first if you find Servis Winner in 2.75-18 size go for it
or else go for Panther Victor as libeastar said its available in stock Pridor size

Servis Panther Diamond these are good brands ranking wise if i tell you
as par my experience its 1 2 3

Pridor 100 rear rim is 1.6 inch in width, so 3.00 size tire is perfect fit for it
it supports both tires 2.75-18 and 3.00-18

Atlas Honda is doing injustice with Pridor 100 with that 2.75 slim tire it is
comparatively slimmer than front 2.75 tire installed in bike which ruins
looks and ride of bike

I am more incline towards Zic oil as I am confident on zic authourize distributor but not sure if warrenty is not void if I use oil other than AHL oil?

What is your feedback regarding ride quality, please post some pictures of your ride if it is in black color.

You have to put ahl oil only during the warranty period. Otherwise the warranty will be voided. See Warranty card for Complete detail

According to warranty terms you have to use only AHl oil
but you can use zic m5 20w40 its excellent engine oil

warranty power is all in mechanic hands if he has to claim warranty
he will else he can make many excuses and you can't do anything

With new bike i had to claim warranty due to bubbling of Bike, tyre was changed and rim wires were tightened. Chain Cover gives little sound some times. But trying to adjust with Pakistan Build Quality.

I think the build quality of pridor is far more better than other two of its products (classic70 and 125). It is the rule of pakistani industry that once a produt becomes popular in market the start to increase the quantity of production by decrease the quality.
Anyhow the chain noise may be due to misalligned rear axle with the swingarm axle. Ask the mechanic to adjust the chain by alligning front sprocket with rear one.
