racer bro, i have purchased it in Rs. 1100/- from a Honda 5s dealer (Sardar Autos, GT Road Gujranwala) original CD100 fender. excuse for late reply as i just saw your post.
The stock fender was broken with a minor hit of a piece of small brick while taking out my bike from the garage. So i decided not to install it again for the time being; the stock Fender cost was Rs. 750/- where as chrome CD100 genuine fender was of 1100/- Rs. so i decided to buy this. Its durable. I had plans to paint it black but for the time being i liked it being chrome instead.
Below in attached image is the part number of chrome fender cd100 and then are the pics of broken front fender.

how come still packing plastic cover on headlight is there :o

In mine pridor these plastic covers are only on side cover that i guess only on left one
and yaar look at my memory
i did face some problem as electrical problem was present in my bike
so my bike battery died so had to changed it & also changed battery charger as it was faulty
and these days my pridor handle mein jo ghutka bolte hai mechanics
or simply the four nuts which you see holding the handle
one side two bolts slipped & also their choori slipped inshAllah will replace it too

Amjad bhai I love my Pridor and wannna see it in Genuine condition.
I will post the pics of plastic cover intact on headlight.

I am worried abut the nut problem of your Pridor. How it could be so?
And the battery problem as well as it's charger problem. Did you replaced it in warranty?

Noman bhai, my Pridor was the first Pridor on Pak wheels as I purchased it on the date of Launch however, bro Amjad's Pridor ODDO reading is also near to my Pridor and I hope bro Amjad's Pridor is also near to 10,000Kms or it may have completed up till now.

Noman bhai, mein ne Lahore mein pata kiya tha chrome fender ka. Its now not available in the Mcleod Road market. Can you please check with your dealer for one for me; If it's easy for you. I can collect it from you through some body in Gujranwala.

It is better to keep the bike genuine & stock
yes bro the one nut of handle had started to loose again & again
after few months of bike use so had replaced it but could not find a
good quality nut so installed the nut it served similiar like old one
but jaise taise kaam nikaal liya but recently problem increased mechanic suggested
eski choorhi kharaab hogaye hai set karwaao woh set karwaaye toh es se ooper waala nut slip hogaya

no bro here in our area i am talking about specially Sindh small cities there is no concept of warranty
although warranty claim center is present but its useless going to them honda mechanic does not claim warranty
i bought the new charger for 600 rupees & its the same charger which is installed in all AHl bikes
log kehte hai yeh mechanics corruption karte hai :mad:

bro i am near to it but not very near my bike still on 9400km
its been quite time i have not gone to my village when ever i go to village
than my pridor runs fast like bijli ka meter

and mashAllah 10000km is very good running I am very glad
your pridor did not require any work so far and performing brilliantly

Racer bhai yeh AHl walay barhe sayaani hai km limit lagaa lete hai warrranty mein
you see you are about to complete your warranty in almost one year
however warranty is two years but 15000km limit :mad:

Alternatively, if urgent you may tell the contact person in Gujranwala then he may had it from any of 5s Honda dealer in city e.g. Sardar Autos GT road Gujranwala or Anees Autos Trust Plaza or from the large auto market on Sialkot Road Gujranwala.

Agar AHL ke new bike mein iss tarha se problems aa rahe hein to baqi tamam companies ka kya haal hoga.

Jab DYL Dhoom launch huee to tab se ab tak uss bike mein bohat ziyada problems aa rahe hein jabke log ussey ek achi bike tasawar kartey hein.

Mere Pridor ne ab tak koi kam nahin nikala aur mechanics se to mein alergic hoon. Even chain tak to mein khud he tight kerta hoon. Lekin owner's manual per 15000km warranty period poora kerney k liyey thori se tuning kerwa ker AHL authorised dealer se stamp zaroor kerwa leita hoon.

Brother, mere Pridor ko sirf mein khud he drive kerta hoon aur mein zarrorat k saath saath iss ke ride ko enjoy kerney k liyey drive kerta hoon. Aur iss kee ek ek sound se mujhey iss kee tabiyat ka pata chalta rehta hai.

Behar haal aap jitna pay kertey hein utna he gain kertey hein.

in severe case aapko jaana chahiye Racer maine jaan booj kar kaafi experiment kiye
hai pridor par jaan boj kar kaye mechanic alag alag mechanic se tuning karwaaye
to gain experience par ab aisa nahien hai ab mein mechanics ko avoid karta hon
aur koshish karta hon enki pass na jaana parhe aur tuning bhi jaise taise khud hi karleta hon

different mechanics se tuning karwaake mujhe yeh pata chalaa
jin do honda mechanics se mera saamna huwa enka andaaz kaafi local ustaad
se kaafi behtar hai par yeh feeler gauge use nahein karte aur yeh valves kaafi loose set karte hai
aur prefer karte hai aur carb se bhi zyaada fuzool disturb nahein karte settings ko
local ustaad ki toh kiya baat ki jaaye yeh kiya karte hai yeh aap bhale enke pass zero bike le jaaye aur
tuning ka bole yeh kiya karegha poora carb kholega dono jets kholega float nikalega
aur fuzool flywheel open karte hai aur coil ko patrol se saaf karte hai aur yeh valves zyaada tar tight kardeti

par maine jo problems face kiye en mein mechanics ka itna kasoor nahein hai
specially woh electical problem par hojaata hai companies se kabhi kabhi koi fault
khair hai aur companies ka buhat bura haal hai specially suzuki ki bikes mein

Waleed bhai, in my opinion you should fill the tank from a reputable petrol pump, I hope it's no more issue than this.

Waleed bhaimein ne to petrol pump kabhi change nahin kiya. Jo pehley din tha wohi aaj hai. Actually, jis jagha se sehee petrol miley hamesha wahi se dalwana chaiyey. Waisey bhi plug aur Air filter ko har month saaf kerna chahiyey.

Racer bro the pic of battery charger its the same charger installed in all AHl bikes



it is installed here in pridor i had taken this pic while mechanic had removed charger

but its the same charger bro symptoms were quite clearly showing there is problem with battery charger
but it was stupid honda mechanic in my city who was not able to identify the problem there is another
honda mechanic who owns showroom & is mechanic himself i went to him his showroom is located near my village in town
first the question was raised what kinda charger is installed in pridor i went to biggest AHl spare part
dealer in city there local mechanic opened seat & show me a device said this is battery charger
which was not available anywhere it became biggest problem for me but than after some time i went to
honda mechanic who owns showroom whom i talked above in post he said charger should be same
he opened the seat & i showed him what local ustaad told me is battery charger he looked at and said
its not battery charger its resistor charger must be hidden udertank he opened tank there we saw battery charger
bought new & installed immediately after installing charger my bike horn started working & blinkers were flashing bright
Alhamdulillah since than i am not facing any big problem yeah horn does not sound when brake is pressed
may be this is putting too much load on battery & i guess generator installed in pridor is weak not powerful enough

bro symptoms are
*horn does not sound or sound slow when bike is running at lower speed
*bike horn does not work at all when bike is switched on but engine is not running
*blinkers flashes dim & also rear brake light
in my pridor case i think battery charger was working but it was very weak
and that is why my first geniune battery died as it was always in hunger of current

after battery charger replacement only once new battery gave problem
was giving signals of low charge but problem was resolved mechanic said
aapki bike ke rear light ke settings aise hai thorhi hi touch se rear light on hojaate hai
toh usne settings adjust ki uske baad no problem woh keh raha tha yanha buhat traffic hai
toh baar baar rear brake lagne se rear brake light battery charge pee jaate hai kiyonke eska bulb heavy hai
