No i didn't got any tuning yet, 6500 km driven. Every mechanic will guide you differently and will describe you every time a different problem. You can check it, take your bike to another honda registered mechanic and you will see he will guide you differently. My usage is so high that i drive approx 1000 km every month. Still using without tuning and happy. There is no need of it i guess as every thing is put together by experts and these mechanics are not experts. They have learned every thing by doing it as as per their "Ustad" trains them.

Lucky boy. well in my case I think tappets need to be tighten as after driving from Pindi to ISB, engine sound changes and there are additional sounds might be of loose tappets.

Brother i am enjoing pridor on odo meter reding is 9600km now.i switched oil from havoline to lm it feels good but the thing is from few weeks mileage has dropped from 48km/ltr to 34km/ltr in local town area.i am wondering why.it was pretty good with 88 octane petrol but average is dropped with so called 92 octane fuel.can u tell me plz is it bike issue or some thing with petrol.i have tried diffrent pumps but result is same.

atifnaeemmalik brother enjoy the bike on stock settings as brother asim said most most mechanics are idiots and let me tell you its not necessary at all to get the bike tuned at 1000km you can easily take it to 3000km if not than least enjoy it till 2000km after running check the full performance of bike.

if tappets are making noise you should not be worry about that as loose tappets are better you will feel less vibrations and good performance from bike feel light and most important longer tappet life

and there is no need to get your filter cleaned at 1000km also

Brother i tried 4 different pumpsbut average is same.since last tuning i travelled 2100km 90%in local town area.actually i use bike mostly to pick and drop off kids to school only 15 km in a day.i totally agree with u no need to go mechanics frequently. Secondly i could not find a sincere mechanic for pridor in fsd area.i want to keep factory settings.worry about low average.i checked filter is not chocked iwill clean it my self. Can any Senior tell me plz about trustworthy mechanic in fsd.i want to enjoy optimum performance of by bike thanks

Shafiq bro that is the reason that you are going to mechanics for tuning, now every time you will need a mechanic to tune and adjust the settings as the default settings has been disturbed, every mechanic would deal it differently. Tuning itself has to deal with some settings. Try to locate a better mechanic now.

Brother i have tried 4 different pumps but the result was same couldn't get average more than 34km/ltr.i use bike mainly to pick and drop off kids from school hardly 18km in a day.since last tuning i travel only 2100 km all in local town area.filter is not choked it looks clean.i don't want to visit mechanics frequently secondly i could not find a good nd sincere mechanic in fsd area.i wiil b thankful if any senior can tell me about good trustwothy mechanic.i am worry about dropped mileage from 48 to 34km/ltr.engine sound is good

Have you tried Sufi Honda Centre / Farid Honda Center.
When i had a Honda bike i used to get it's tunning done from these two and i was satisfied.

Brother hassan tariq slaam ho.the thing is i have had honda 70 for 4 years.i been at freed honda center millat chok and hashmi honda center opposite side.yes u r right they both are Masters in their class.since nov 2016 i have pridor model 2016 now.my few friends say that pridor is totaly different from cd 70 and u should find some one specialist in pridor.my basic concern is that bike looks fit runs smoothly but average is suddenly dropped from 45 to 34km/ltr.

Farid Honda Center is at College road near to dijkot road and Sufi Honda centre is near GC University old campus.

BTW what's the color of spark plug? (It should be rusty brown)
Your bike just needs some fine tuning nothing else i think.
And i read it that you have switched to LM engine oil. Which one you are using is it 10W-40 or 20W-50?

Brother i am using lm 20w50.thats true freed honda center ia at dajkot rd but thay have annother branch at millat chok as it is mentioned in all honda manual book under the name of freed honda center channel 2.and it is antenna shop.hashmi honda Center is also at millat chok

If pridor has a foam air filter then clean it using the correct method and then use some new engine oil on the filter and squeeze the excess out of it.
I have noticed that mechanics don't clean the foam filter's properly they just wash them with petrol amd install it dry which would destroy the foam element and also have some negative effects.

Brother tausif can u check post# 336 by racer.u will get answer about good mechanic in lahore.he wrote mechanic address in his post. I hope ur problem will b solved.and brother amjad369 also have nice and good suggestions about ktuck sound and filter cleaning methods.
Try them as well u will get optimum performance. Keep on shearing ur veiws.

if you ride at speed 70km/h and above than average is fine and you will have to adjust to khattak sound better make habit shift to 2nd gear below 10km/h. Suspension is an serious issue i tried some jugar but i was failed to get best results so i don't know about solution i think you should visit Atlas Honda parts dealer and check if he has cg dream rear suspension compare the length of two if they are equal i think it will be very good replacement and should solve your problem. Foam filter is washed with kerosene oil than dried and use good amount of oil over it and squeeze out excessive oil from foam its an very necessary to oil it. to ease the process buy extra filter it comes prepared from factory just install it than you yourself clean the 2nd filter with kerosene oil but watch some videos first as with wrong squeeze you may torn the foam so after cleaning and drying in sun take some clean engine oil pour all over foam than squeeze out extra oil out of foam it demands some work or alternate is you take clean engine oil go to mechanic say him to spray engine oil using air gun all over foam from both sides.Regarding mechanis fellow Shafiq66 suggested the post

Hello friends every thing was running smooth and bike performance was satisfactory and i ws happy but things went wrong this morning. I was at speed of 35 km/h. A stupid riksha was ahead of me. Suddenly he took u turn blindly on right side.I applied brake but all in vain i hit on his front wheel and fell at right side.thanks alla taala i did not get severe hurt but Got bruise and scar's on left leg and front shock and side mirror affected. Other thing which i notice when i came home i turn the key off but bike engine was still running. Switch not working properly though lock is fine indicator and lights goes off as well but u can start bike in off position.i want to know is switch repairable.what should i do now .i think if it not repairable then will cost me a lot.plz tell me the best solutions.request to all Senior members
