The tyre is a ditto copy of Service long life series - Service cruiser tyre rear spoty tyre, I have also got it in my junoon.. My 2.5, 6ply costed 1400Rs.

2.50-18 ? then why does it look wider than the 2.75-18 on my Pridor...secondly, i have tried gooogling and there is no tyre with the name of Servis cruiser :S can u please send me the link

It is the same tyre... Longlife is SERIES... Not the name of tyre, the name is Cruiser.
You have identified the right tyre... just confused the name with series.

Hey, i'm a 10th class student and now i've gotta buy a bike and i'm really confused in wether to go for Cg or Pridor .. Now you guys tell me what would be better for me as i'm just in school yet !!

Bro, as you are a student so keeping in view your expenses, I would recommend you to go for Pridor due to a lot of reasons given in detail in this thread.

Cruiser is better i think for normal road usage, if ur drive includes offroadig and muddy areas then go for normal one as its tread pattern is better for those conditions.

no bro..no offroading or muddy driving at all....its just main roads and streets. Cruiser it is then. InshAllah i wud be installing it soon when the 1000km running will be over....cant wait

Two Weeks back, I was driving Pridor on 82Km/hr speed and passing by a T turn suddenly another biker came from the other side and I applied brakes, amazingly it resulted very good which I never considered before.

My bike stopped in hardly 5-6 meter distance. I was really got inspired.

Before this I have searched for the alloy rims with disc brakes but now i am totally satisfied.

However, please always apply both brakes with 60:40 ratio then you will remain definately safe.

yeah pridor brakes are excellent both front & rear
rear brake inspires me more as its having small hub
but still it performs brilliantly with very good response
it does not just lock wheel but slows down bike nicely

no still not service cruiser no where available searched alot in hyderabad
no other tyre available in sporty tread design in 3.00-18
same Ghuari tyre was only available

Racer bro as i told in filter cleaning thread
i got my bike tuned from new honda mechanic

After tuning i checked pridor fuel average :)
and results came were surprising & shocking too

to check fuel average i carry a bottle filled with one litre patrol
so when patrol of bike finishes i note reading & than i use bottle patrol

first time average results was quite surprising for me
i drove bike with pillion almost weight of 228kg on bike
average came out as 58km/lt speed mostly 50km/h & above max 60km/h

2nd time i gave my bike to cousin for driving who is very thin
results came out as 67km/lt speed mostly 50km/h & above max 60km/h

3rd time today while coming back to my home from my village
really shocking & unexpected results came 43km/h only
it was very windy toofan tha during whole driving
speed i maintained 50km/h & above but 43km/lt has shocked me
after giving two excellent fuel averages don't know how this 43km/lt
kiya air itna matter karte hai kiya i am 6ft weigh around 106kg
hawa kaafi tez toofan tha & i was facing difficulty in driving

During three time tests patrol was used from same pump

Brother, air matters a lot.
In your case, the first two checks were correct
but on the third time if you have put your bike in economy speed
then i hope the desired results would be acheived.
Anyhow, no boubt it's an attractive and strong bike.

Why 90/90-18 not?

bro i think its too big & for 90/90 there is need of new rim 2.15inch deluxe rim
90/90 does fits & works in 1.6inch pridor rim but standard rim size for 90/90 is 2.15 inch

yar koi tappet adjust krny ka hi bta do or any other link with pictures.on first tuning mechanic adjust them too tight after 50km of drive went to another mechanic who adjust them too lose,a kr kr sound is coming from head but mechanic said it is normal and now it is on factory settings.after this experince i come to know that what is HATHORA mechanic
