just because you can buy an rx8 for the same price as a corolla dosent make it less competitive. most people here do not realize the potential of the rotary.

S2000 in my books. Its faster stock to stock, and better looking in my opinion. Has a better driving posture, it feels like a sports car and is pretty quick around the corners.

Although I'm also a fan of the RX-8 but if I had to pick between the two, I'd go for the S2000 in a heartbeat.

Yeah in other countries it costs over 34lacs , and its a SPORTS car.
Im telling the truth that i have beaten s2000 with my stock rx8 and whoever says rx8 is a g-a-y car has never tried it or is afraid of trying it go cry in a corner if you cant afford it.
I have owned my rx8 since 2 years and it has never given me any problem because i take good care of it and dont rape it and put a 2.0d engine in it

1.Have the patience to listen to criticism about the things you love.Do you consider the said car as family? Because if you do,only then can I understand your response.
2.Never assume what I can and cannot afford.

well, RX-8 is mostly driven around and owned by teenage girls (or g@ys with weird hairstyles) in foreign countries (pakistan is always an exception in such cases (H)), so yea, figure it out yourselves if its a straight car or otherwise..

As a matter of fact, since the demise of RX-7, mazda doesnt have any car in its line-up which could truly be considered a dude's car.. Even the mazda 3 mps (or mazdaspeed 3 as its known in North America), is mostly driven by chicks here (despite it being quite a poten car)..

So given the choice between these two, i'll go with the Honda...

for some reason i dont like rx-8 ....but rx-7 was an exception
