Honda Shahra e Faisal after sales service is totally worst specially after sales manager Muzammil jisey customer sy baat krny tk ki tameez nhi bohut zyada badtameez qism ka insan hy.

I have Civic RS 2024 just 4337 KM driven and it's under warranty. Last Monday 24-March my car driver side both front and back tyres and rims burst near DHA Karachi shokat khanum on M9 Motorway.

Honda Shahra e Faisal after sales manager Muzammil keh rha k highway py speed breakers and pitch holes hain us py gari lagi usey koi Motorway py ly ja k dikhae zra k bta bhai kaha hain speed breakers and pitch holes on the Motorway and he is giving lame excuses and didn't ready to take my car in the UNDER WARRANTY CLAIM.

sir @pwuser174324813412 sorry for your loss. no dealership will entertain such claim.

The damage during driving the wheels & bursted tyres are not covered under warranty by default warranty terms.

You may get wheels under insurance claim but have to pay for tyres from your very own resources. This is not about Honda specific such terms & conditions apply across every brand.

Your approach & demand for warranty cover is not reasonable. @abid110 please guide for insurance coverage

no insurance company gives claim of tyre burst only until and unless car is also damaged in the said incident. then too the tyre is 50% covered less applicable depreciation.

its like almost all medical insurance doesn't cover dental, however if any accident happens and teeth gets damaged too along with body, then dental comes under coverage

I don't think anyone covers tires in warranty.
