If you are living in Karachi or Lahore then 2WD makes better sense. If living in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi or Peshawar the you may consider AWD keeping in mind the weather and terrain.
Bhai islamabad pindi is no death valley lol nor cholistan.
2wd serves better here. AWD is always a pain. Its only good for a place which gets snow for 4 long months in a year.
