Honda vezel gear slipping

My honda vezel end 2015 started slipping gear on long drive. In local its working perfectly fine but on long after a continuous drive of 2 hours or 15-20 min on driving to some hilly area starts slipping the gear as if u are pressing the race pedal in neutral. Then it starts responding to the gear and works smoothly till the time u dont accelerate. On scanning it showed some shifter error. The other thing i noticed is the engine noise. It is a bit louder than other vezels when idle. Mechanic told me it is due to some bearing in dct which is making the engine sound louder. Regarding the transmission, i encountered it first time when the car was on 120 and i pressed the pedal to overtake on motorway but there was no pick and the race sounded to be that as pressed in neutral. Got the transmission oil changed and actuator oil too but didn’t get the actuator calibrated. If someone has encountered the same issue please share your experience and the soluntion to this issue. Fix my car workshop in isb asked me to get the dct replaced. He qouted the price for brand new unit 460k with installation and for 10-12k driven unit 250k with installation.

"Got the transmission oil changed and actuator oil too ".. I read somewhere it's a dry DCT which only has actuator oil and that too is brake fluid. Did you see improvement after the actuator oil change?
If you think the problem is still there, change the oil again. Brake fluid is hydroscopic and absorbs moistures. A 3% moisture content in brake fluid decreases the boiling point of DOT4 fluid by 33%. The country just went through a crazy monsoon and the good chance is that your brake fluid is still contaminated.
The way they change actuator is is by sucking the old oil out and putting new one in which doesn't ensure removal of old oil inside the transmission and transmission lines. If this process is followed then the actuator fluid should be replaced in 2 to 3 sessions so that all the old contaminated oil is removed by dilution.
You are not the first one facing this problem and you can find plenty of similar threads on this forum discussing the same issue. You'll have to live with it if you like your Vezel.. as they say in Mandalorian, This is the way!

There is no reason to celibrate acctuator or transmission system on oil change. Its just a money making trick by facbook machanics.
Your DCT bearing or Clutch plate is finished. Better to change the whole unit, otherwise repair it. There are plently of solutions available for this problem on very low cost. But my observation is that you feel jerks sometimes while gear shift on low speeds. If you want 100% recovery, change the DCT unit with used one or new. Stay blessed.

Grateful sir. The extra bearing sound is also an issue in the transmission. If the bearing is jammed it might be one of the reason which is putting more load to the transmission.

Sir the new unit costs 460k and the used one which might be repaired costs around 250k. Can u please suggest me some mechanic in rwp or isb who can repair the bearings of my own dct instead of changing mine with some other repaired dct unit. Regards
