There is no reason to celibrate acctuator or transmission system on oil change. Its just a money making trick by facbook machanics.
Your DCT bearing or Clutch plate is finished. Better to change the whole unit, otherwise repair it. There are plently of solutions available for this problem on very low cost. But my observation is that you feel jerks sometimes while gear shift on low speeds. If you want 100% recovery, change the DCT unit with used one or new. Stay blessed.
