I was facing problem with my Vezel 2015. All of a sudden one fine morning it stopped switching over to EV mode while the battery was getting properly charged. Another observation was that the temperature sensor was not displaying outside temperature.
Finally I got my answer and The while problem was related to the temperature sensor installed in the front bumper. Simply replacing that recovered both the issues. Later on i got to know that this could also happen if the cabin temperature sensor goes bad. So friends it's for your knowledge of that happens to you simple get your temperature sensor checked and replace it. Your EV problem will hopefully get resolved.
