I recently changed my battery and now there’s four warning lights on my dash.

Brake, ABS, Steering and CTBA

I used the ATF-DW1 normal one on my Honda Vezel as well as Honda Fit with the same transmission system and Alhamdolillah never faced any issue whatsoever.

According to my research, ATF-DW1 Ultra is basically the Japanese tradename, the word "Ultra" has nothing to do with oil grade or specification of fluid as it is only the mark of honda lubricants in japan "HONDA ULTRA LTD.", such as Honda Ultra BF DOT 4, etc. In fact, it is absolutely the same as ATF-DW1 locally available. So, in my opinion, there is no need to pay an extra amount for the 4 Ltr. pack. Simply buy two bottles of 01 Liter Honda ATF-DW1 and it will get the job done.

The rest is your choice.

Does Grace and Fit also suffer from the same transmission issue as Vezel in 2015-16 model years? They have the same DCT so we have to check gearoil and actuator fluid similarly like Vezel right?

Any vehicle can have issues if not maintained properly. Change the fluids regularly. Transmission oil @ 40k and actuator oil at 10k km

AOA. I just started facing problem with my vezel 2016.It is jerking while shifting gears ,gets neutral in between driving and rpm rises automatically. Not picking up in a normal way. I need guidance to an expert in scanning and gear/clutch issue near Lahore cantt please.

WAS. The first thing that you should do is to change the Transmission Fluid as well as the Actuator Fluid (aka Clutch Fluid) of your Vezel asap and if after changing both fluids, you're still facing this transmission slipping and jerking problem, then I hate to be the bearer of the bad news, but I think that the transmission of your Vezel is worn out and in a worst-case scenario, you have to get it replaced.

Major selling point for a compact n cramped vehicle like Vezel was its hybrid tech..

Vezel non hybrid just doesn’t appeal to me.

You are 100% right, ultra is just brand name. I also use the normal DW-1 from last 5 years in many Vezel's but never face any issue even i took my car to Khanjrab pass after put normal DW-1.

A general advice to all esp people in Karachi. Don't take vezel in water that would be more than ur tyre center cap. Because water higher than that can affect the clutch fluid and transmission. Stay safe
