Hi there.
I find myself in the same situation. Did you manage to get a fix??
My mechanic is lost with this issue. I am starting to lose hope.
I changed the battery, an engine coil, spark plugs, did a reset but the lights come back again.

I encountered the same problem but managed to fix it. it occurs due to low battery voltage so change it with a new one( the battery under bonnet not hybrid on). That worked for me and the error has not occurred since

Brother did you replace it with a dry battery because that's what I did. It's been 10 months since the problem stopped occurring

Reason turned out to be the fuel injectors malfunction which was fixed by fuel injector change. I am told it cannot be cleaned? How true is that?

Bro the fuel injector malfunction would explain the check engine light but not the others like power steering error and traction control. There must be some other problem.

U need to get it diagnosed on a professional scanner, one with capability to read error codes of ctba nd such systems,

need to get error code .. usually its CAT related .. CAT efficiency error or O2 error .. choked CAT causes lots of lights to turn on in japanese cars
