Hi guys
Happy new year

I m planning to come back to Pakistan this year 2011 and I want to buy a car for my family. I want to know which one is the most reliable car in Pakistan from technical point of view. I m stucking in the middle as i m unable to decide between Honda and Toyota. Please give me ur suggestions. Your advices would be highly appreciated.

i will say Accord is better then Vitz in all aspects and Camry is alot better than City now u decide
Lol whats your budget? if its under 16Lacs Get the Brand New GLi and if its under 20lacs then decide between Corolla Altis n Honda Civic by yourself here you wont get satisfactory answer..

you made an account almost 3 years back and now you made your first post?!?! Wow. Anyways come to Pakistan, test drive all the variants of both brands, consider all the trim levels and then according to your budget, decide the vehicle.
Btw, where are you coming back from?

Yea. You are right. I do apologize for the late post. There are 2 cars in my mind Honda city 2010 and Toyota carolla 2010.

it is a tie. rolla loses in luxury and makes up in a soft suspension for our roads while hondas are beauties but have hard suspension .

go for honda city.. it has all the good features comparing to gli.. but its suspension SUCKS!! rest it is an excellent car

Can anybody tell me some drawbacks about Honda city 2010 because this car and Carolla 2010 is in my range but personally I m intrested in Honda city 2010.

corolla:

heavier body, under power, swings, in other words "doltee" hay at the speed of 120km/hr (this issue is only in xli and gli).. rest the car is good..

city:

excellent car except hard suspension thingie... consumption wise city takes the lead again

if u want a good resale car then go for corolla

Try to import the car you are currently driving in UK. Even if its a VW Golf then it will be alot better then our local City/Corolla.

can anybody tell me what is meant by Hard Suspension as one brother said that it sucks hard suspension (about honda city 2010).
