Honey moon trip to Skardu, Naran/Kaghan, Hunza or Neelum Valley (any suggestions?)

This is my first post on Pakwheels forum.
I am planning my wedding in 1st or 2nd week of March 2016. So, need guidance regarding the options available for Honemoon inide Pakistan.
Things to consider before suggesting a place:
1) Budget: Max 55000
2) Days: Max 7
3) Security(Skardu) and Difficulty(Easy to Medium) of the travel
4) Timeline: Last 15 days of March

There are many options, but first please confirm from where you will start your trip?

Islamabad will be the starting point of the trip.

Slightly increase your budget and you are good to go to explore Hunza Valley.
Otherwise you can explore Swat / Kashmir Valley, Naran / Kaghan will be closed.

Your first priority should be Hunza, there are good tourist places and all types of hotels are easilly available.

1. Karim Abad -
2. Eagle Nest
3. Hooper
4. Raka Poshi base camp
5. Lady Finger
6. Borat Lake
7. Mina Pin
   These are the sorrounding places of Hunza

You may also plan a day trip to " Naltar " which is closed to Gilgit

2nd good option would be "Shograan" and "Sharaan" specially for honey moon

Day 1. Leave Rawalpindi
Day 2. Arrive Gilgit / Overnight Stay
Day 3. Drive to Phandar Valley, explore surroundings and Phandar lake, overnight stay.
Day 4. Drive to Hunza, enroute sightseeing, stay at Minapin, Diran guest house.
Day 5. Explore Karimabad Hunza, drive to Attabad Lake view, tunnel crossing, back to Hunza, Duikar, stay at Eagle Nest Hotel.
Day 6. Drive back to Gilgit, then Islamabad.
Day 7. Home Sweet Home.

You can skip stay Diran Guest House and go straight to Eagle Nest at Duikar, views from there are stunning! I just added Diran for change.

If you really want to explore Skardu, then bad news is Deosai Plains will be close at that time, possible plan for Skardu may be;

Day 1. Leave Rawalpindi.
Day 2. Reach Skardu.
Day 3. Visit Katpana Desert (Cold desert), continue to shigar, over night stay at shigar.
Day 4. Full day Deosai Plain visit if open.
Day 5. Visit Lower Kachura (Shangrilla), and easy trek to Upper Kachura Lakes, back to Skardu.
Day 6. Leave Skardu for Islamabad.
Day 7. Home Sweet Home.
