Honey Trip From Karachi - 1st Week of January 2018

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum. I am getting married in December. I plan to visit Muree, surroundings and any other places of North Pakistan in January 2018. Can somebody guide me about the locations I can visit?

The trip duration will be 7-10 days. Budget is not really a constraint and safety is all I need as I haven't travelled to these areas before.

Please guide.

You should plan for umrah if budget allows
Northern areas would be totally freeze so you may go for murree, abbotabad, muzaferabad

We have this habit of forcing our ideas and ideology on other people. We think having fun is so anti religion. Gosh they are adults and a married couple. Please let them live their lives. Why do we forget that everyone of us is responsible for our own deeds and there is hardly any credit for those of us who make others think the way we like the things.

Dear Dr sb 1-I did not try to impose my idea to go to Umrah it was just a suggestion
2- I also mentioned about northern area regarding weather and also give an experience of murree and its surroundings areas

First of all congratulations.

Murree & Nathiagali are quite easily accessible even in winters so yes you can very well go to Murree & Nathiagali. As far as other areas are concerned like Naran, Neelum valley, Swat etc i'd rather say you better skip those for now cux they wont be easily accessible. You can however, take a flight to skardu or gilgit and explore a bit of gilgit baltistan region but then again it will be extremely cold and accessibility will always be an issue.

As far as safety is concerned, Alhamdulila North is not a problem as such. You can freely move around, people are friendly and supportive in general. Murree & Nathiagali are quite populated even in winters so they're good to go as well.

P.s. Northern areas can best be visited between May-September with the exception of monsoon season cux the weather is pleasant and accessibility not an issue.

If budget is not a concern, then take a flight for Gilgit & visit Hunza.. Many places would not be accessible but still your honeymoon would be much better spent there rather than Murree & Nathiagali..
