Horn Issue

I have installed snail type horna in my cultus and suddenly one horn stopped working which is of high side I have checked everything including relay. Low one is working perfectly but high in pair not working it's working when I check it on battery lonely. Electrician sayin change karna paray ga which I don't think is the solution any leads in this regard will be appreciable.

Does it work when u check it directly on battery?
I had same issue in my mehran, turned out it wasn't wired properly.

Oh okay then. Seems its not getting power. Recheck the relay wiring and also check if it is grounded properly.
