Horrific Rattling Noises in 4x4, Everyone Stumped

The 5MT, transfer case and rear diff (based on the shop's hunch) on my Suzuki Jimny was taken apart and put back together a little while ago. I had it opened up to see why my car drives alright in 2WD, but makes horrible "bag of bolts" noises in 4WD-Hi - the teardown and parts didn't make the noise in 4WD go away.

Does anyone have any ideas on where to start? The transmission shop didn't find anything wrong with my gearbox, just changed two synchronizer rings, the input and output shaft bearings, some seals, and put it back together. I also replaced my rusting clutch cable, got a new clutch disc and pressure plate, and new pilot/throwout bearings.

Rear diff was "OK" too, and transfer case "bhi OK hay." Just changed the transfer case input/output shaft bearings and hardened rubber seals.

U-joints and yokes for all three driveshafts, front and rear wheel bearings were replaced by another shop before this. They're stumped too.

Transmission problem in HZJ73 ( H55F trans )

I have a HZJ73 land cruiser with stock transmission named H55f of 1995. And I am having problem with it's transmission. Trans is making weird sound and that sound stops when i press the clutch or while driving. It only makes noise while idling and clutch not pressed. But from last few days trans have started making noise while i am driving also. I wanted your suggestions for any good gear/transmission mechanic in karachi. Update:

So this problem seems to have disappeared recently. The oil I was using in the transfer case was Liqui-Moly GL-4 85W-90, and I really didn't think it had anything to do with it. I avoided driving in 4WD because of the noise, but noticed the noise every time I'd switch to 4WD as "maintenance" to keep things moving. I later filled it with Hyundai XTeer GL-4 80W-90, but didn't switch to 4WD during the lifetime of that oil fill.

Due to a transfer case seal leak, I recently topped up with AMSOIL GL-4 75W-90. I put the car in 4WD after the oil change coincidentally and noticed the noise was gone. Even at 80 km/h in 4WD-Hi, the transfer case is much, much quieter. You can hear the noise characteristic return under load, but it's a good bit softer. It's nowhere near as threatening as it used to be.

I am not an AMSOIL shill, but this is a huge difference if caused by the oil. Both the latter oils are fully synthetic, compared to the conventional mineral-based Liqui-Moly.
