Hi,i have to plan to stay two nights in abbottaba with my mrs and kids.Need one room having double bed.my plan to visit at late June.can u provide me the budget hotels with clean and good rooms.Also please tell me is it good time to travel or i go in early June.currently my plan for june last week.please provide me some places to visit around abbotabad for family and kids.I also have plan to go to Kagan or Naran for 3 days.I will go from karachi to islamabad and after one night stay i will go to abbottabad and then kagan and naran.Its my first visit to abbottabad and naran kagan so need help about setting my programme where to stay and what things to do.Also need hotels name and price per night in all these places.

Just a bit info from my side.. do cross check it..
u can stay in Mansehra 13km from abbottabad
Hotel Karakorum
Hotel Ashiana
room rent may be around 2k (in Aashiana u may find room categories also)
there are guest houses also in Mansehra Township
(PLEASE do verify guest houses or hotels from any known source or pakwheelers. That is better and recommended before u stay somewhere)

in abbottabad u can visit ilyasi masjid, shimla hill or beyond that..good scenery..,
u can goto thandiani (9800ft) hill top, kaala pani (i think) a stream on abbottabad nathiagali road..

near mansehra u can visit shinkiari on KKH (30-40min drive i think from mansehra) u can also move ahead on KKH if u like.. its good scenic

Now form mansehra u can move on Mansehra -Naran- Jalkhad - chilas road.. around 48kms ull b at balakot, u can also stay there at ptdc balakot if u so choose.. (around 2k double room..booking needed i think) u can enjoy tea lunch along river kunhar at balakot..

Till Naran road would be open around end June as per other Travel Gurus like Mr. Asifcae etc..
but u can visit abbottabad, Mansehra , Balakot any time of the year..
love this place.. have some lunch there at usmania Abbottabad (its quite good IMO)

ur welcome bro..
visit tourism.gov.pk and check for ptdc balakot rates..
visit at balakot depends on ur program.. if u stay at mansehra u may not stay at balakot as its 48kms from mansehra and one can cover balakot for some time n move ahead to kaghan..

in balakot
river kunhar is main attraction
Syed Ahmed Shaheed mazaar ( i havent seen it myself) so GURUS may guide..

Towards Kaghan
Kewai (Road to Shogran 8kms high Ascend Hill top with hotels, u can stay if u like
and see Siri Paye via jeep) (Pine Park is good but may be >2k)
GURUS may guide for hotels there)

In Kaghan
Its a long road along river kunhar so its all along worth watching.. u can pick some spot by urself..

In Naran
u can stay at ptdc naran (>2k, visit ptdc site)
Hotel Lalazar (may b around 2k) (not stayed there)
There are many hotels u can see and negotiate, GURUS may guide here also..

visit Saif ul maluk (must see) (jeep track)

Move ahead on Manshra-naran-jalkhad_chilas road.. (its a beautiful road with many spots)
u can visit Lalazar via jeep (its a meadow)
u can visit lulusar lake also (i havent seen it but its not dat beautiful in comparison with saif ul..)

Elites is one of the best hotels in NG. Amore is the best hotel in DG. amore is much more expensive and newer. suggest you check out greens/summer retreat too. and dont forget to bargain.

i remember staying a no. of times at a hotel or rest house named "lady roberts home" murree (in 1998, numerous times before, and again in 2003).. it was on upper jhika gali road, v.near to the mall.. i want to know about that anjum saab?? .. does it still exist? whats its the tariff now? and the service and condition of that rest house?

Last year I stay in Firhill Villas, at that time they charge 8500/night
But this time I want to go for a cheap one possibly 4000-5000/night.
