I have a Alto VXR car registration of 2007. This car is basically purchased by my father in 2009 from a lady who bought this car by the car financing facility of Bank Alfalah and she paid 2 years instalment and then sold the car to my father and my father paid her the cost of two year instalment and then my father paid the rest of the installments. After paying all the instalments my father went to Bank Alfalah and ask them for the invoice of the car and for the Original Book of the Car but they refused to give him the Invoice and the Book and told him that we will handover the Invoice and Book of the car to the first owner and she needs to be physically present here in the bank. My father immediately try to contact the lady but her number was not reachable and also she now doesn't live at the address written on the CNIC. So from that day till today we have no idea where that lady gone and unfortunately my father passed away last year so now I want to know what can I do get this issue resolved I need a serious solution to get the invoice and the book of the car and also I want to sell this car right after it will get transfer on my name.
