How can i suspend/cancel car registration

Hi,

I sold a car in 2019 which is registered in Islamabad. The purchaser has not transferred car to his name yet after 4 years, and my car has been sold to 3,4 persons after i sold it. Now i want to know is there any option to cancel/suspend the registration of the car because car is still on my name.

Or what are the other options which i can think of ?

do you have proof of sale, as in sale deed, delivery order & cnic of buyer etc ??

write a letter to motor vehicle registration officer at excise & taxation office (where the vehicle is registered)

mention the name of buyer, date of sale and attach copies of buyer cnic, delivery letter and sale deed. Inform that transfer has not taken place as yet and therefore request to block the transfer to any 3rd party immediately. send the letter by TCS and keep the receipt in file you will also received sms for delivery of the letter.

Visit excise office , with all relevant documents etc Sale agreement, Payorder or check copy , Cnic copy of buyer etc.
If its Islamabad excise its much more reformed from the old days , there's a information desk where you can ask which section to visit to cancel registration.
