How can i track my order from pakwheels store?

So today i ordered some car care products from pakwheels and after confirming the order i got this message<img src="//live-pw-import.s3.amazonaws.com/original/4X/3/6/3/363879166786cf1689d31ddc75a54290d9288067.jpg" width="243" height="500"and i was wondering that how can i track this order as there is no tracking option in pakwheels app and in how many days i will get my order byw the seller is in lahore

I dont think there is any tracking option, you'll receive a sms before arrival of package to keep payment ready. I received my order in 2 or 3 days in lahore.

Thanks for raising this point and starting this thread. I also recently used their online shop to place a couple of orders and realized that the whole process isn't automated and there is no order tracking embedded for their online shop. I have also added this in their complaints/suggestions forum thread. And I also want to add some feedback here to build some momentum to resolve this issue. So here are some of the points I am repeating on this thread.

1. The online shop needs to have order tracking. Once I placed the orders, I did not receive any receipt or checklist of items that I bought. I had to confirm on phone and then later through a whatsapp number to process the order further and received screenshot of items for one of the orders.
2. A payment system should be embedded in the online store to make immediate payment mode selection and to make payments (credit card, bank transfer, Easypaisa etc.). Rather than wasting 24 hours for order confirmation, and then proceeding with the shipment.
3. Referring back to the first point, because we don't have an order traxking system, customers can not go back and tally order statuses. What has been received? , what has been shipped? What hasn't? etc.
4. Even with the whatsapp chat, which is not really that inconvenient, a lot of times the chat is not responsive. After the payments for the orders, I got delayed responses from the rep about the status of my orders (another reason why order tracking should be part of the online store). And the reason I got finnicky about order status was because I was told that everything would be delivered within 3-5 days. And it's almost been double the time given.
5. Option to tally back past orders. All of these points are really basic stuff for any online shop/store now. And it comes embedded with most website development tools.

Hope to see an improved version of the online store soon.

Dear concerns, I have ordered mobile oil and flush cleaner, instantly paid by easy paisa ,just received a mail then after that nothing is going on, its 4th day,how can i track my orders and what is contact no. Of pakwheels,i am at Lahore.

Same is here with me, I ordered the brake leathers for my car on 3rd December and its 7th December now and no call from Pakwheels and no tracking. Achanak kisi din call ajayegi k aap ka order le k aya hon aur us waqt banda available na ho to order return ho jayega... Thats totally backwas.
