perfect..no doubt tracks should be the first step..when you have a track you will have teams, which means we will be practicing professionally..but at the moment what i feel, there is nothing there apart from dreams,wishes etc. to be honest in case if we will have a track with what we gonna race..standard stock cars or sports cars??? so where are the performance/modified car)?? you know guys there just race to show that they are best drivers, no body never been interested or cares about the machine but actually if you see in proper racing, there is a TEAM, they prepare /modify a standard car,which as end product shows there knowledge, there strategy...a totally different thing from its reality (standard car). no doubt without a good driver they can't win, but when they, they known as that TEAM wins..in horse racing people bet on horses not jockey,also he is considered most important but after horse... and race drivers are not just steering drivers, they know almost everything as a mechanic knows
and bro don't rely on pak govt, they won't do anything for you...we all have to find the way.. every one one of us can contribute in any mean... in my opinion this is how we will have this as a proper sports in pakistan
1) need to change our minds, status..levels..oh i have civic he bechara have just fx hehe..we all are idiots honestly..try to find friends not only who have cars of your level ,but a person with passion, interest,knowledge ,even if he don't have a car.try to make a team,just think if you are the owner(most probably driver) , one with mechanical knowledge/interest,one with interest in bodyworks etc
2) sorry! but again need to change our minds...need to bring ourselves on the ground from imaginary world, fast & furious, tokyo drift
they are just movies made with computer aided techniques ;nothing to do with real racing/life..ferrari or lambo are just symbol cars,almost everybody wish to have them(i wish too).but if we have a look in real life its almost impossible to have one for an average man..
3) emm its difficult to buy one good car there and then its hard to ruin your car yourself ,cutting,weldings, etc cars are so expensive here so whatever we do to our car we always think about resale value, and we do modifications just to limit so we have our standard option as well i.e you dont gonna weld your doors or remove rear seats permanently, because apart from your interest you have to use your car for family and domestic purpose. so the best option is to buy a separate car, a cheap downmarket car,total loss from insurance,duplicate book,police auction or any other reason but a cheap car because you dont gonna sell it but you strip it down and will make a racing machine just for racing... remove interior,rear seats and all extras which you think car don't need for race.have a felling of just a bared car when u can afford bucket seats remove the front seats as well...calm down just do evrything step by step. whatever you do just do professionally because we are going to train us for professional racing, so first of all put the roll cage in...and then do whatever you think is best
