At fast speed camera won't notice much of the movements. Like in first picture the guy kept his hands for few seconds in a particular position then changed the position to next one. The transition between two positions was hardly noticed by camera.
In second picture you can see two light faces between the two positions, the guy took some time to position himself on the second position.
I never did anything like that, telling you by observation from the pictures.
