How do i import a japanese car myself from japan...?

i have been reading it online that importing a car yourself costs very much reasonable than buying a car from a local dealer.
so can u guys plz help me that how can i import a car from japan...
i will be importing a very less used 660cc car jdm car.

plz elaborate your answer a bit and give links to sites from where i can book a car from japan.

you created 2 threads to ask 1 question its not easy as cake my friend but there are people here on pakwheels who import cars try reading threads in import section and read it on the website on fbr u will get complete details

if u self import a 660 car u`ll only save around 25-30k , better find a trust worthy dealer n import thrugh him with advance payment , that will cost u less than market n all the complications will be done by the importer

if you want to do all by yourself its also possible register with a car auction house agent in Japan first, then you can bid for cars you are interested. They will charge you fee for registration , if won, They will charge you shipping to port and then to Khi! in Pakistan you hire agent and release the car!

on the same note, if you importing one off car, it may prove costly to pay overhead like auction agent registration fee and shipping cost to Pakistan as bulk importer get cheaper shipping rates plus they ship more cars per container and you dont have to be registered at japan auction agent.

both ways you get the car you really see on auction sheet and not fake or tweaked, thats the real edge comparing with buying from local car dealers!
