Thanks alot for your reply.. but can u please state a few disadvantages of this property? i live in kind of central islamabad (on rent) and since the houses there are kind of very low in price. so what do u think is it worth the price? i am getting one of the villa which is 5 marla in about 14 lacs. is it ok to go for it? i will be highly thankful for ur kind replies.
what i heard, built quality is just okand fiber glass roof will make the "ton ton" sound in rain and hail storm
but environment and facilities in bahria town itself are 10/10
very graphic statement
i dont know about the price of awami villa but BT in general is a good place my home is also their.if it is possible for you then take some loan and get bigger home for yourself.
well....the build quality is poor....its not fibre glass..its a fabricated material..very low quality in terms of creating a buffer zone....its more like a vacation house...when u visit the model house it seems very good...am an architect and i know how to make things look really good but frankly these house are not livable...not for longer or permanent stays.and now coming to the future prospects of these houses.....not much...people bought em like hot cakes jab yeh launch hoay thay but ab bohat saray for sale hain...because of the reasons mentioned above....ok thats a 5 marla land u get wid the house but u cant do much wid it..u are not allowed to alter ur homes ...so value kuch khas increase nahe ho ge.
