Nope. You can try ordering off Amazon, Newegg or other US based stores and use JetCarrier for the shipping

I ordered the Kingston one because it was the cheapest one, this is a budget build and my first one. Keeping the costs low so I can afford other electrical goodies in the future.
Ordered a Seagate Barracuda 1tb 7200rpm drive too, all other junk will be on that.
Regarding the 144mhz monitor, I don't need it, I am not going to play hardcore fps games, just a few hours a week casually and usually just play Runescape. For that, you don't need an " l33t" setup 
Max fps is 50. I achieve that on my current setup, I just wanted some extra processing power.
