AOA. guys i am having some issues with my xli. it is making some strange noises. i got it checked from mechanic and he suggested that front wheel bearing were worn out. i bought new for rs1800 each and after replacement noise is still there. now i went to another mechanic and he said that 'godda' may be gone. but i do not want to spend more money uselessly until i know what the actual problem is. my uncle suggested to go to an authorised workshop and on toyota's website i found that the nearest workshop to my house is at chowk niaz baig, that is toyota ravi motors. i wanted to get member's feedback on how the shop is? is it good? anyone had any experience there? i look forward to your feedback.

when does sound come ? how much Km hs it done ?

secondly all authorized workshops are almost the same prices vary sometime. best thing is to get it diagnosed etc but they will charge you alot for labor

i started the thread weeks ago. got no response that time. anyways i got the problem fixed from ravi motors. they are good and professional. i heard a lot about some other toyota 3s dealers so was a little hesitant. but they turned out to be very good.

I have a very bad experience at Toyta Ravi Motors Thokar lahore. I have toyta corrola GLI 2008 new shape, a few days earlier its AC Kit becomes wrong, i go to toyta ravi motors thokar, but they say that you have to wait for 30 to 35 days and price whould be around 7000 Rs. for the new one and that it is not repairable, i was very disipointed, when i came back to parking one of their employees come to me and said that he can solve my problem in Rs. 2000/-. i asked him to do so and he change AC kit in Rs. 2000/-. then i come to know that he change my kit with another car come for repairing and fit my out of order kit in that car. My problem solved but i am not at all satisfied. people trust of TOYTA and they should not do such things. first of all they should avail the spare parts and if not they have no right to play with the cars come for repairing, offcource the owner of that car wd face the same problem, when he got his car back, toyta ravi should responsible for it not that employee

@poster brother every one has his own experience.
my father has been going to ravi motors since 2003 and is very very very satisfied.
i havent gone there and hence cant say anything but my dad is usually not that satisfied with some that easily.

one thing he mentioned with his new car was they did not do paint job well and the shade was visible. this is the only bad experience he had in like 8 years

Yes It is good but very expensive. Recently I went with my friend as he want to do denting repair. We found denting rates reasonable Rs 4500 per piece but single broken rear light cost him 10000 which is too much. Its better you get the estimate before doing any job from there. There people are also very helpful and explain you everything. Nice professional attitude. I suggest you should better once get your car checked by a private workshop mechanic named Sharafat 03134895930 near College road Town ship Lahore. He is a very honest and competent person and I am sure he will solve your problem with normal charges...You better contact him first...
