Islamabad to Karachi 1630 Kms in 21 hours this Eid ul Azha, including prayers and refuling stops and one lunch stop at Rohry by pass.

Cost:
CNG Rs 4100, Toll Tax 585.

Time:
Started 10:30 Pm from Islamabad (Toll Plaza), reached Karachi 7:00 Pm (Toll Plaza) next evening. Maintaining 110 Km/hr average other than motorway.

Route:
Islamabad - Lahore - Khanewal - Bhawalpur - Sukkur - Moro- Hyderabad - Karachi

Aftermaths:
Slept the whole day after Qurbani

Return Journey:

Same route same cost but stayed one night in Bhawalpur.

What type of driving are we talking about?

Long hauls on a properly marked Interstate or similar highway with streamlined traffic is a LOT different that small mountain roads with mixed traffic and no markings.

Long periods of driving for the first is no problem, much shorter periods for the second scenario could be a disaster.

I drove from Gilgit to Peshawar with ma 2.0D Limited, Indus shape corolla, leaving Gilgit at 4pm in the evening and reached Peshawar non-stop in 13 hours

1-16 hours ( from muzafarabad to sharda, back to muzafarabad then nathiagali via balakot, mansehra & abbotabad

2- 12 hours ( from mansehra to gilgit)

3- 18 hours = 880 km ( faisalabad to abbotabad to nathiagali to murree to faisalabad)

What's your point?

We are discussing normal road trips done in Pakistan, includes highway/motorway driving, mountainous region driving and so on but driven by one person continuously with small breaks for meal or fuel fill-ups. This will analyse the ability of people for their maximum driving capacity in shot.

About 30 hours from Montana to Indiana.

my maximum driving was 22 hours but it includes Tea and Fuel Breaks, it was from karachi to gawadar and back and 2 or 3 hours of driving in gawadar too... even
drove around 1600 Km....

Karachi to Gwadar and back took you 22 hours? I drove there last year, its only 7-8 hour journey one way. Max

Yes it is possible bt nt advisable.

My friend did that a couple of times. ALONE. It's not advisable at all!

We did a Road trip on Eid-ul Fitr (the one before last). Karachi-Lahore-Isb-Muree-Bhurban-Isb-Multan-Karachi

We did Karachi to Lahore in one stretch so as to see how quickly can it be done using the famous N5. 15 hours flat is what we got, with no long stops, just CNG top ups (which we realized we were taking more than we should have) and it could have been done in 14 hours.

friend of mine and i drove on this stretch, about 7ish hours each. But that was with the boys, Cokes, Red Bulls, Marlboros and Whole Lotta lovely music, NOT Alone. Best time we ever had.

Oh and the car was 1999 Honda Civic Exi Auto

One day back to back journey. Just stayed for 1 hour in Multan at Airport.

650 km for one side. Total 1300 km almost in 16-17 hours..

8 hours for one side and 8 hours for the other and 1 hour in multan. Made Stays multiple times roughly after every 2hrs. Drove myself only, car was 2000 VTI Oriel.

i drive 1100 km regularly only take 1 time brake for 20 minutes and cover 1100 km in 8 hours and 30 minutes in libya from tripoli to sabha.

i have been there many times but i was telling about my longest actually we were 13 people in 3 cars 12 adults 1 kid that's why it took us this much time plus we had to visit so many properties in gawadar it self and three cars and 13 people means 3 different intervals for fueling and 13 different intervals for natural calls
