Just want to know how much to put aside for a complete rebuilt with new internal parts and perhaps new clutch.
One of the cylinders (2nd from right) went out and others are fine.

Better to replace it with a kabli engine. Most of the mechanics cannot rebuild engines properly.
Rebuilding is better then kabli... because you dont know the condition of kabli engine....it usage and maintenance history....
Rebuilding perfectly with good parts = new engine....Have you done compression test?

I agree. The current engine that went out was bought in 2018 from a kabli market and when I bought the car in 2020 it was already smoking. The previous owner took care of it and still it smoked proving that kabli engines can be and will be faulty.
So, it is best to rebuild.
