How much value should Altis lose with a painted fender?

I'm looking for Altis 2017-2018 facelift. I found one that is driven around 17k, 2018 model, and owner claims the fender is painted because of scratches (no accident) and the front bumper requires minor repair from the bottom which is negligible. I'm no car expert so I couldn't notice a difference between the painted fender and the rest of the car body. Other than that, the car looks fine. It is Islamabad registration. The final price demanded is 29.50.

Does this seem like a justified market price for the car with painted fender? Should I go for it?

Other Altis 2018 I have seen with 10-20k driven are priced around 30-30.50 lacs. Islamabad registration.

If he has painted minor scratches on fender, then something maybe fishy

Yaar the fender costs 7000rupees from stealership.
You can get it painted by yourself. Please stop crying about all this genuine crap. A car which is driven on road is meant to have wear and tear. It's not a papa ki princess.

Fendor or bumper can be replaced new oem

Only thing to check n of concern is major accident which bend the frame from front or back or damage the chasis.

Ask him where he had the work done from and if he has reciept/ warranty for the paint. Sometimes the aftermarket paint fades or the clear coat starts deteriorating, so it would be nice knowing reputable jagah se krwaya hai. In 2018 i think Altis price was around 24 lac, so 29.5 lac is wayyyy too much.
