How often should i use Sonax polish and wax color nano pro?

AOA Dear Friends,
i have black honda city 2016 which i recently bought.
yesterday i bought Sonax polish and wax color nanopro black color.
Applied on car as directions on bottle.
results were really awesome and i am impressed,
Now the question is that how often i should apply it on car body?
can it be applied on every wash?
The word polish on bottle is somehow restricting me to apply on every wash bcz i heard that polish sandes the top layer of paint.
kindly guide me.

Your right about polish being abrasive,over use of abrasive polish will eventually rub through the clearcoat in my opinion I would use a canuba wax and wash the vehicle with a car wash wax shampoo,often the people who wash cars use things like surf or other cleaners that wash all your wax out of the paint leaving it with no wax protection.polish only when you have minor scratches/dulling.wax after every wash or second wash making sure the body is dust free so you don't put scratches on it.
Good luck black cars are hard to keep scratch free!
