I had sold my car to CarFirst, a company wholly operated by Augmentech Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, back in Feb 2022. Ever since, I have been following up with them regarding the transfer of vehicle from my name. Since I no longer possess the car, it should not be running under my name. Despite countless calls and reminders, CarFirst has failed to transfer the car. It has been more than six months now. It is a risk.
Please guide on how to block its file. If you know the procedure, please share.
