How to buy new bike

I have decided to buy Honda CG 125 Dream. This is my first time buying new bike.
Please give me information about:

1- Should I check new bike for scratches etc?
2- Is any kind of tuning adjustment or oiling is required?
3- Can anyone post photo of model 2017 of Honda CG 125 Dream. is it same like 2016?
4- Any other information that you think necessary.

1. its brand new but yeah you should inspect. some dealers mishandle bike while getting off truck.
2. first tune up should be done at 500km, and then again 5000km (meter reading 1000km) during this period, you should control revving (racing) it and putting lot of load, try to ride alone. this will ensure better engine life and mileage.
3. look at atlas honda website, they usually change the vinyl on tank.
