After installing thermostat valve I filled the system with Distilled water and started the car. The temperature went to normal after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes water was stable in radiator and some of the water was dripping outside so I installed the cap. And after waiting for 4 to 5 minutes the fan turned on. Went for small drive the heater was not working good because I think that the outside temperature was above 30 so thats why the heat of heater was nothing for me as compared to heat of sun in direct sun light

AC was better than before, and when I was near my home I noticed the temperature guage went little bit above normal just the tip of the guage was above normal indicator I dont know why. When I switched off ( Engine off ) and I directly switched on the car ( Engine off ) the temperature guage was back to normal started the car the temp was at normal. Its quite strange what could be the reason? I think that there was still air in the system. Few months ago my car was overheating at idle while using AC, mechanic said that clean the radiator from inside and clean condensor and radiator fins. I cleaned condensor fins the car was not overheating at idle but when I was goint to North side Kaghan Naran on uphill with AC the temperature was above normal little bit the tip of the guage was above normal which is not that much noticeable. Some one said that its normal the guage will go little bit above normal then the fan will turn on, its the system for the fan to turn on but I dont think so. Now my car radiator leaked so I think that the radiator was leak thats why few months ago car was overheating at idle, it was not fully overheating but the temperature guage was moving up and down, when the temperature was going above normal I turned off AC and started driving then the temperature was going back to normal (few months ago). Please guide.
