How to change coolant?

I don't think headgaskit issue will spill the oil out of the engine, but into the inside. This may be some other issue

Headgasket leaks can leak coolant externally, infact some toyota engines are notorious for it at high mileage with bad maintenance like the GR series engines (markX etc).

And the worst part is that toyota dont allow any decking/machining of the cylinder heads on those engines.

Lots of other engines develop external oil leaks from headgasket too.

If your heater was blowing cold, there was a huge airpocket in the system. You should have allowed it to self bleed itself before driving.

The heater was blowing warm air but I was already sweating so I think thats why heater air was not too much hot for me but it was warm. Half of the car was already in sunlight so the car was already hot.

Toyota make high quality products, high quality manufacturers provide such add-ons on their equipment. The little square weight on the airbox of an oldschool toyota 2C diesel is for that too.

Just like the weight plates found on some crown/cressida IRS differentials, they were added later on at dealerships to tune out the thrumming sensation found on some vehicles.

Today in the morning I drained distilled water when the car was cold. 4 Liters was drained as you can see in this picture. The water was drained from radiator plug only.

After draining I filled the system with Caltex Havoline Concentrated coolant. 2.9L was poured

Xulfiqar bhai why the coolant color was changed when I poured in radiator. In coolant reservoir bottle and caltex bottle the coolant color was orange but in radiator it was green. Filled the reservoir bottle little bit above full mark as you said. After full mark I poured distilled water, and after filling radiator with coolant I poured distilled water.

Started the car the temperature was below normal operating and the heater was very hot my hand was on AC vent and it was burning my hand. When the temperature went to the normal looked radiator the water was stable so installed radiator cap.

Why was the old toyota coolant viscous? When the radiator was leaked my father asked me to check that its CVT oil or coolant and I checked with my finger I told him that its CVT it was like oil and old coolant was viscous too. I checked this coolant too it was like oily but not that much and when I was shaking bottle this coolant felt like the bottle is filled with water and Toyota coolant was not like that. And while pouring the coolant was not viscous but Toyota coolant was.

If I want to change coolant next time what will be the procedure? Just drain old coolant and 50/50 mix the coolant with distilled water in coolant container then fill the cooling system or this procedure is wrong? And now for topup I will mix 50/50 coolant and distilled water in coolant container then topup. Is it right or wrong?

Your next drain and fill would be very easy, drain and refill with 50% mix

Same for topup and expansion tank topup.

Btw, i hope you filled the expansion tank with 50% mix and not concentrated.

Viscous toyota coolant? Ive never come across such, you probably had contaminated coolant in the system, toyota pink coolant is known to start precipitation if mixed with chlorinated hard water.

In correct form both red and pink toyota coolants have same viscosity as water.
