Thats kinda tricky and not user-friendly dude

heres the procedure:

Make sure you are signed in on PW
Click Forums
Select a concerning forum
Select the sub forum which you think concerns your thread
and then you will see NEW THREAD icon
Click it, write, preview, submit

Its really strange that this ""location edit option "" is no more available:( every 28 days I need to change my location, so do I need to inform you every time ?
rite now I am in west Africa Angola but on 12th jan2011 onwards I will be in Lahore
