I am not sure why changing location is so crucial, but I have changed all that were mentioned in this thread so far. If anyone else needs their location changed, for whatever godly reason, please post your request here. I will try to help as soon as I can. Remember, we moderators are very lazy people and I am the laziest moderator.

Everyone, I am going to close this thread for now. Why? Because I can.

Our developers are working very hard to fix all issues including locations change. There is a serious technical issue that will be resolved in just a few days and all members will be able to change their location in the profile. When I change the location it reverts back to the old location due to this glitch. That's why it makes no sense for me to change locations knowing that it will revert to the old value shortly. Just wait a few days and let our developers fix the problem correctly. Thanks.
