How to clean car interior?

hey people ,

i would like to ask what stuff u use to polish or clean car interior any polish u recommend or we can use the same polish that we use for car exterior ? i often saw roof from inside get dirty or the plastic cover that attached gets dirty how to clean that or what stuff we can use to clean that phase please share your opinions thanks in advance .

You get seperate cleaning solutions for upholstery and leather dude... Usually available at any supermarket, and easy enough to use... Or, since your in Karachi, you could always drop by to plaza and get it a decent job of inter-cleaning done for between 200 - 500

never use exterior polish on the interior, you can do what some cleaners do and use a diluted combo of surf and water to clean the interior but NEVER use any sort of "shine" on the plastic parts as it will cause glare.

i was wondering the same storm thats why i havent use that exterior polish inside i know about surf and water mixture but some time that leave marks aswell so i am looking for some polish name i enquire near by shops and they have jack all , one more question can i use the same liquid solution we use to polish dash board i think its called lister or something can i use that for the leather or plastic sheets which situated in sides and on the roof please give me your precious advice thanks

when you use detergent you MUST wash of all the residue with water otherwise it can cause a rash on your skin (worst case). using "luster" on your dash will make it shine which is a major pain when driving on a sunny day. dashboards are meant to be dull.

never use lustur on leather or plastic sheets as it can make the surface VERY slippery. for the roof you can get a variety of cleaners depending on the material. for vinyl i'd suggest using surf and water or even vinyl cleaner. but for cloth i'd suggest only a very mild mix of detergent and water and a VERY light hand.

there are many shops in KHI which can help you out, since i'm not in KHI i would not be able to guide you any better than this at the moment.

Use a pure coconut oil.It will give more shine than any other polish.

for interior plastic parts - Turtle (Black in a Flash Trim Polish) can be used on any color interior.

Get ur interior cleaned by service station every 2 to 3weeks and when ever u think tht ur dashboard and other interior is getting dull use interior polish both versions are available u can get in wax form as well as in spary forn better buy In Spray FORM Easily availble and will cost u below 200rs ....................

an easy solution is the shoe shine that u can get from Bata store for rs 25 or so. it cleans the dust like a charm and can be used on leather as it is meant for leather

do not use luster or surf on the interior, it will make the interior color fade after sometime..there is a bottled spray, called the sun of a gun,interior cleaner..use that once a week, otherwise wipe ur interior with just plain water soaked cloth
dont even put surf on the roof, it will make the roof look yellowish in sometime, use carpet cleaner to clean the cloth inside the interior and on the roof, otherwise the spray mentioned above..
the spray is for like 200-300 rupees
and carpet cleaner is for 700-1000 rupees

leather can b cleaned by using surf glass using glint plastic using luster spray!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use Armor all, a spray of glue like substance and then spreads it all over evenly with piece of cloth, leave it there for 2 minutes, then with soft seamless cloth polish it, it cleans and polishes at same time, easily avaibale every where.
It is equally effecttive on leather & plastic
