How to clean MAF and MAP

i have cleaned the throttle body some two weeks ago, now want to clean the following part with carb cleaner.

My questions are

1: will it creat any problem, if i remove the throttle body and spray carb cleaner directly in the inner part of the shown part without removing the intake manifold? because all the carbon/sludge will enter the engine along with carb cleaner.

2: my engine is giving a noise which is not heard in the cabin, the sound is like sooooooooooooooooo, seems like air is leaking or may be vacuum? how to detect it, the noise is coming from the throttle body area.

Is ur idle okay?? Coz any vacuum leak from TB area results in rpm droppage or fluctuation.
And yes its fine to clean the sensors with wd40, remove the sensor apply it on harnesses and sensing zone too.

don't even try a wd-40 on sensor...you serious buddy??? its not for cleaning a GODDAMN MAF sensor....its a lubricant type thing.......!! applying it on that wire type stuff can make it worse or damage it........!!

the best thing to clean MAF sensor is to simply spray some squirts of carb cleaner spray which will evaporate quickly leaving that wire stuff in middle of sensor clean and shiny.....!! make sure to seat MAF sensor back nicely .....!!

air rushing sound can be unattached pipe from TB....locate physically listening sound and install back...

And yes Applying carb cleaner while its installed in running engine won't do much harm...but best way is to remove and clean...but doing that way also works....no issues.....!! just use carb cleaner which is Sensor friendly.....

is it MAP? and actually i want to clean that part which was very dirty when i was cleaning TB. but i don't have carb cleaner that time, thats why it is still dirty, and i can not remove that arrowed part, so if i spray a lot of carb cleaner inside that part, and the dirt and carb cleaner enter the engine, will it creat problem?

MAP is the sensor like MAF Is Friend....Car either comes equipped with MAF Type or MAP type.......The Thing You are pointing is called intake manifold and in it..throttle body is installed in front along with Fuel Rail With Injectors and TPS sensor and some vacuum pipes.....!! The Whole Part Connected to head of your engine is called Intake Manifold.....!

the main thing to clean is the TB butterfly and moving part.......cleaning whole of it can be of lil useful and can be cleaned all way only once you remove it all.......but still you can clean good part of it by spraying Carb Cleaner in it....!! Start the engine and spray on dirty parts and throttle it slowly........!! Instructions are written on carb cleaner also....!! but don't go in cleaning so much of it and you simply can't access that parts w/o removing it.....!!

Sorry bro... it was a typo kind of thing coz Carb cleaner was in my mind but I typed WD40. Yes carb cleaner is good for cleaning not WD40. Sorry OP too.

instead of cleaning intake manifold, just remove the MAP sensor and clean it with carb cleaner like NASA. I think it is not worthwhile......it gets dirty very quickly....two things are meant to be clean for effecient and accurate functioning....the sensors and the moving parts of throttle body....if you really wana indulge in a "proud" DIY then try cleaning the injectors by dismantling the fuel rail.....if you often run your ride on petrol, your ride would love this....good luck.

the soooo sound is most likely coming from the ring which is attached to TB for gas (CNG) injection...may be it is taking air the collar is not propoerly seated or the screws are unevenly tightened....

i think you are right for the GAS injection because i opened it for the TB cleaning, will check it, the CNG venturi pipe is in the way of Air before the TB, may be it is the culprit of noise soooooo. because it has enough length causing blockage of Air to the TB. Moreover my air intake was block before TB cleaning partially by CNG mechanic, after TB cleaning CNG mechanic removed that blockage, so i think now more air is touching that venturi pipe. can i cut that pipe?

If You Mean CNG supply Pipe from kit to venturi and you want to cut that pipe to make a best fit then yes you can but make sure to check everything before cutting as once its short...you can't make it long.....!!

Santro uses MAF i think Not MAP......!!
and yes i told him earlier to clean these things and they matter most....rest is just the passing route......!! cleaning injectors also need some tactics and tricks before trying......!! its better to get them cleaned from injector cleaning machines rather than trying desi ways......!! in desi ways if you do it wrong way...chances are you will damage your injector coil inside.......!!
