Does anybody know how to clean it at home?..and which liquid to use for cleaning widout damaging it?...
You dont clean it .. Why would you want to clean it?? If it idle is distrubed then you have to connect it to a diag computer to correct it , cant be cleaned like that
Sir it can be cleaned and diagnostic computer is jus connected to see if the engine is running too lean or too rich due to a dirty maf sensor..i jus need to know the liquid which can be used...
And cleaning it ensures proper air fuel ratio leading to better fuel average,pick and engine smoothness
any circut cleaning spray, most recommended is Philips. will costs you around 800Rs from Hafeez center..

dont clean it with petrol as dust will accumalte on it
you can also try the electric connector cleaners. i heard from few people that they used it and it cleaned properly. but be careful not to touch the filament or any other inside component of the sensor and also spray from little distance.
