How to clean over spray of paint from car plastic

Can anyone advice how to remove over spray paint from car plastic as white paint spray showing on plastic part on interior of car.

Painter thinner. Nail polisher remover and running alcohol is good for car plastics part as i read they are not good for plastic.

use kerosene oil to remove paint from any plastic surface.
thinner petrol spirit will discolor the surface.
