How to Cut 5 Inches thick Lanter roof?

I want to install kitchen smoke exhaust hood in my home in both lower and upper portion but no place has been left for its outlet pipes during construction.

Now the only feasible path i see, for the exhaust outlet pipe is straight through the lenter (5 Inches Concrete slab with iron bars) but i dont know how to make a hole through it.

Can you suggest which type of tools or drill i need for this purpose ?

Why do you want to route it through the slab? A much easier option is to make an opening in your kitchen wall by a coring drill-bit, fix the hood & route a PVC pipe through your kitchen wall.

if i pass the exhaust pipe through wall than it will end in porch
and smoke will be again in my house but i want it to go outside of house

You will have water leaking/ seapage during rains if you cut the lentel and pass a pipe through it as the joinery will always give way.
In my opinion its not wise to cut lentel for this.
Route it through the walls outside.

I am facing the same issue. Previously there was a hole for exhaust in side wall. But neighbour requested not to use exhaust. I have only option to cut the latter.

What was your solution.

The lintel can be cut by hilti drill with diamond core concrete bit (if available in hilti type). First find an exhaust fan according to the pipe diameter.
This idea is used but not recommended due to rain seepage. You have to make a hood upon the exhaust on the roof.

Still route the pipe through wall, outside your house the pipe can be routed anywhere. Making a hole in your roof would introduce much more complicated problems.
