How to find a job in Dubai?

I have a query. My "long term visit" visa is expiring by the last week of this month. I want to come back to dubai as soon as possible, how soon can I get a visit visa again? I heard that visa cannot be issued before one month after the first exit. How true is that and is there a way to do that?

One of my office colleague just returned from dubai after spending two months out there... he holds BS in computer science experienced ccnp n stuff... i think it totally depends on your luck and connection and how good you are when it comes to selling yourself for a particular job

In my observation, people never tell how they got the job unless very close to you and believe me nobody hires you without a reference, even in reference there is competition as if who has a stronger reference. Not just in Dubai or Pakistan but in north america too. Those who tell you that they applied online and got the job are just fooling around. For every online job posted i sites like bayt, each get over 700 cvs, which recruiter has time to evaluate 700 cvs? I have been applying online for a long time but never got response except for from dubizzle that too jobs offering 3k.

dubai IMO is a nuts situation, they have no scale to measure skill - they think that because they are arab they reserve the right to insult anyone.

in the above case of my teacher, hes like a friend of mine too n we chatted on skype for 2 hrs a few days ago. he said one of his friend had a tiny amount of "pawaa" in a company. barely enough to get my teacher into the interview (nothing more, n trust me, even this is a great favor) after that, u have to convince the interviewer urself that u are worth having the job. if they arent satisfied, they still wont give u the job, unless ur Pawaa is very strong. i mean truly strong, like u know someone very senior in the company.

Sir also told me that for u to be even considered for calling for interview, u need to be physically present in the country. only very senior people or those with a very specific skill set would be interviewed on skype or would even be paid for a trip to the country for having interviewed. entry level people dont get the same treatment.

n bro, even if u get a 3k aed job, go get it! once u re in the market, u have a much better chance of landing a better job. while 3k is not a lot of money. its enough for u to living if u can share accommodation with a few people. u can live in Ajman, which is much cheaper n only 30kms from dubai.

I received this email from a recruiter.I randomly found his email address on LinkedIn and dumped in my CV. Anyone looking for a job can contact him. and btw, i would strongly recommend making a profile on LinkedIn and connecting to people of your industry. Just randomly search for people and add them. also search profiles of HR guys and add them too. I ve been doing it for a week now. Everytime i log in, i find job openings from these guys as updates. It could make the difference.
