I have Lahore registered car, as per previous owner, he got transferred from Rawalpindi excise office and he received only smart card and they kept file in excise office.
How to check if file is in excise office or not and if in excise office then its in Rwp or Lhr?
and whats proceedure to get file or document showing that file is in excise office? Is it manually checking file record or computer data have file related information also?
Any one have such experience please share
