How to get a duplicate remote key?

Okay so Paranoiany's Vitz 2007 arrived from Japan two nights ago without the keyless remote and he wants to get one made. Since he got just one key and his car is the F Package one, he feels there might have been a remote lost by the previous owner.

Is it possible to find out? From where in Islamabad/Rawalpindi can one be made? Cost?

Sheikh Lock behind Kabul restaurant told Paranoiany to show him his car. If the system exists, he said he'd charge eight thousand. I wanted to know cheaper sources.

for the mark X (which I believe has the smart key)- contact Toyota - it will go through to Japan with a bunch load of paperwork and a bunch of money and you will get your key.

For the little vitz - if its a metal key blade with buttons to unlock the car, then you need the FCC ID of the remote required and someone who works on toyotas can match it to your car.

How about the security system installed later in the cars, like victor, steelmate, etc.?

those are cheapies - buy a new remote and match it to your car. The shop keepers sell spare remotes.

Latif key maker in I-10 on a double road starting from tanky chowk or more precisely the road which is commonly know as CDA stop

Both these guys make the keys you want starting from 4000rs to 12000rs

if u are in lahore. you can go to jail road at mozang chock there is one key master he can solve your problem. he take 4k to 5 k for vitz remote keys.

Do you mean key less smart card entry remote or key with only remote on off buttons.

Hey Azeem Majeed, thanks again for suggesting the two places. The I-9 guy was a simpleton. First he said if there's no key sign on the windows, the car lacks the system. Next, he asked us to visit again tomorrow.

The I-10 guy had the keys and was much cheaper than the thief Sheikh Lock behind Kabul Restaurant, F-7. He demanded Rs. 6000 and we were done in five hundred less. However, the name is Mehria:

One thing I felt shameful about is that the guy copied the exact process mentioned at 2008 Toyota Yaris - Free Keyless Remote Fob Entry programming instructions, procedures for all automotive vehicles. Duh.

i didnt asked much but i was looking for key with remote having lock unlock buttons as every other vitz have.

go to sultan khou in rawalpindi.....there is shop Atta wali auto spare part ....around this shop there are many key makers ....they can do it for around 3000rs my by matching frequency.

just ask the showrom wala who import Japanese car.. ask them doest this Vitz come with keyless entry or not if you get the answer yes then if he is know person then tell him to import a remote same code of your vehicle it will cost you around 6k..
