How to Get Bike File From Civic Center Karachi

Hi,
I am a first owner of the bike registered in Karachi. Now i want to get the file of my bike from Civic center. So that i can sell my bike.

I searched the internet but unable to find solution to my question. Please guide me regarding:

1) Procedure to get the file from Civic Center.
2) Documents required.
3) Any fee applicable.
4) Timings.
6) Buyers usually demand file. Can they get the file themselves using my provided documents?
5) Any other information that you want to share to facilitate me.

Please guide me from Zero as i am Novice in this matter.

only owner of vehicle can retrieve the original file.
being owner you can pay a visit to Excise office with original registration document and your cnic.

There is a form to request original file return, original book / regn title has to be provided for such retrieval.

There are hundreds of touts roaming outside excise office who can sort out it for you in an hours time against an agreed fee.
