pearl white usually is 070 shade (written on plate in driver side or passenger side door) and comes in a higher quality of paint .. not the usual dico or 2k .. never spray paint a part of a piece specially in pearl white .. even pearl white color done from same can but on different days give different shade .. most tricky color .. simplest solution
take painter and fuel lid along buy minimum quantity .. should be around 1000/- for small tin size paint can .. and use qalam .. a little touch of cutting cream first to smooth out surface .. thats all
