No such thing as warranty claim exist for imported tyres. What you experienced is not warranty claim but just drama to keep good customer relation rating. Why I'm saying this with confidence? Let me explain seller or distributor can never ever bear the expense of a fault (manufacturer fault) which is committed by the manufacturer. It is like expecting your local shopkeeper to give you new smartphone from his own pocket just because the phone you bought from him had faulty processor from the maker. Warranty is always claimed from original manufacturer and in case of tyres these brand do not operate in Pakistan directly.
