How to Improve Mehran (NON EFI) fuel efficiency

AOA dears, I own a 2011 Mehran (non EFI) and it gives me a 10-10.5 Km/L in City and 16-17 Km/L on long. are there any upgrades / modification available to improve this consumption ?
Also would be obliged if anyone can point out any modification to improve Comfort (specially for rear seats) and AC cooling (I have got a DENSO Car AC Installed)

1) Get your vehicle carburettor serviced / cleaned by a specialist for this job. You have to search in the market to find some famous mechanic in doing this.
2) Get your ignition timing checked and auto timing advance operation checked
3) Use recommended viscosity oil grade rather than the conventional 20w50. Go for 5w40 full synthetic API SN full synthetic motor oil or 10W30 synthetic blend motor oil
4) keep your air filter clean/ replace if required
