How to initiate a chargeback dispute?

I recently purchased some things from aliexpress two different sellers and the seller is not returning the product or refund. I did one transaction from Ubl bank credit card and the other form the Alflah bank credit card. I have disputed the transaction done from the Ubl card as their form was available online. But when I called Alfalah Bank helpline they are saying there is no such thing as a chargeback. I told them it's a visa credit card and cardholders can dispute transactions. But not a single person knows about chargeback from the Alfalah Bank.
I wanted to ask that is there a different procedure for Alfalah bank to do chargeback dispute. Has any of you ever done a chargeback dispute? Any advice regarding this matter will be highly appreciated.

Alfalah bank do not make charge-backs. I once contacted them about unfair charge by one company and requested to open a dispute, but they refused to do anything. They just kept saying to contact the company who made the charge.

Well that's a bummer isn't it their duty as a card issuer to help in charge-backs. How can they just outright reject this. Is there anything else that can be done. Pakistan really needs some stern consumer protection laws.

Why haven't you filed a dispute with AliExpress? My experience with their dispute system has been excellent. I upload evidence of faulty products, not delivered etc and I get the money back in 10 days. Alfalah don't do chargebacks at all.

The aliexpress time window has passed away. As the device broke down due to manufacturing defect after about 50 days. And, under the Visa card protection codes if a device broke down due to manufacturing defect under 120 days of transaction you can file for a charge-back dispute.

In this case, even if you could enforce a charge-back, the result would most likely be getting banned by AliExpress.
