My brother is living in america and he is the owner of the car. But he is willing to sale it. But the issues is i want clear car documents and make the biometric when i sold car. Is there any way to do this online. Or do i have to go old way?
If he has the chip card for car document, then biometric is compulsory, may be findout biometric online procedure easily (i am not sure about it), but you have documents in paper form then no biometric required.
